YES, and the lasting vacuum with the regulating valve in line is the best !!!
I bought some caps for the valve and bored small holes in them - 1mm and smaller, so I can choose the wanted vacuum.
And using this or any cylinder with a CPC-Coupler I can maximise the vacuum just with a finger tip on the hole - Yeah !!!

Froehle sells 2 kinds of 'Hoden-Komdom' - this is the big one.
With the electric Frohle I can stand 6hrs and more.
I don't know about buying it outside EU, but I can imagine.
